| June 1, 2005 Meeting opened by Pres. Bill and pledge led by Al Hajovsky. Pete Weston introduced his guest, Mike Blake a.k.a. ‘steelhead’, who is an avid fisherman and is Pete’s fishing buddy. Darold explained that the election process was delayed and the election of new and current officers would take place tonight. A call for any new nominations was requested and non were given. The members present were asked if they approved the slate and a unanimous yea was recorded. There is still an opening for Vice President. Rocky Ferraro announced that our new website, fostercityrodandgunclub. com is up and running. If you have any pictures, stories etc. e-mail them to him at rockyferraro@gmail.com Pres. Bill thanked the oyster cooking team of Tom Kenny, Tom Biro, George Tani, Brian Carroll and Pete Weston and others. Fishing Report: Pete told of his trip to Ice House Reservoir with his son Pete Jr. and ‘Steelhead’. The highlight of the trip was catching German brown trout. There was several rainbow trout caught but he said the group does not count them. Charlie A. said there were halibut and stripers being caught near Oyster Pt. Bob Lancaster also did well on halibut in the SF Bay. There was not Shooting Report of Conservation Report. Announcement of the Sly Park campout for June 16-19 was made. The Mossberg shotgun will also be raffled off then. Members who will be going to Sly Park gave a show of hands. The Giants vs. St. Louis game for Sunday, July 10 @ 5:05 was announced.
